If you have previously volunteered perhaps you know of someone or a group of someones who would like to help this year - if so, let us know. We strive to deliver another outstanding day on Sunday 14 October 2012,  and we can only do this with your help. We are looking for volunteers who can spare time on the day to assist us at the greatest race in the east. All volunteers will receive training if required, unique PGER clothing (supplied by Ron Hill), packed snack and if available goodie bags at the end of the race

There are two types of volunteers:

• Volunteer: someone who wants a fun day assisting marshals and ensuring that the race runs smoothly.

• Key Marshals: responsible for co-ordinating a group of approx 6 volunteers and overseeing the marshalling of the race in a designated area.
