ON THE RACE DAY:
Not received your race pack?
IWe regret that we are no longer able to issue replacement packs prior to race day. If you do not receive your race pack in the post, please report to the Customer Information Desk located in the Guildhall (opposite Pizza Express) in Cathedral Square between 9.00am and 10.15am. You will be asked to show ID stating your name and quote your date of birth and will then be provided with a replacement pack.
Parking
Parking will be free at any of the 13 official Peterborough City Council car parks only. For details of car park locations, please go to www.peterborough.gov.uk/pdf/trans-park-parking-guide.pdf or telephone (01733) 452514.
Baggage
Within your race pack, you will receive a baggage tag which states your race number. Please attach this to your bag as we will only accept baggage carrying the identification tag supplied in your race pack. If you misplace your tag, please report to the Customer Information Desk and show your t-shirt race number and we will issue you with a replacement. The baggage vehicle will be present near the start area in Cathedral Square from 9.00am. Leave plenty of time to deposit your baggage as there will be a lot of competitors leaving baggage with us. Once the race has started, the baggage vehicle will move to the finish area at the Embankment where you will be able to collect your bag when you have finished the race.
Medical Information
On the reverse of your t-shirt race number, you will find a medical form. Please complete this clearly and legibly as it contains information which may be useful in the event of an accident or illness on route. If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please clearly mark the front with a large cross in black felt tip pen ensuring you don't obscure the number.
